Shipping policy

At Lawhat, we aim to deliver your products efficiently and transparently. Please review the following Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing your order.

Delivery Times & Shipping Charges

Products that are in stock will be delivered within 2–5 working days from order confirmation, excluding public holidays. Pre-order & Special Order items will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase, which may vary depending on availability.

Within 25km radius	150AED
25km-50km radius	250AED
50km-75km radius	350AED
75km-100km radius	450AED
Collection	Free

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and volume of the products and will be clearly communicated prior to order confirmation. All shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable, regardless of order cancellation, refusal, or return.

Returns & Transportation Responsibility

Except in cases of approved cancellations in accordance with Lawhat Cancellations Policy, the customer is responsible for returning any eligible goods to the designated Lawhat warehouse. Returned items must be in the correct condition, unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging, in line with Lawhat Returns & Refunds Policy.

It’s the customers responsibility to maintain all the original packing materials, all good(s) must be returned in their original packaging, or the order isn’t eligible for return. 

Storage Policy

Lawhat can store purchased products up to 30 days from the order date, free of charge. 

After 30 days, a storage fee of 10% of the total order value per month will apply. If the storage fee is not paid, Lawhat reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund less 10% of the total order value.
