The Role

We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our showroom team in Dubai Investment Park 2. This is a varied, customer-facing role that sits at the centre of everything Lawhat does — from guiding customers through material selections in the showroom, to creating visual designs that help clients picture their finished space, to being a visible and confident face of the brand across our social media content.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are not looking for someone who pushes products. We are looking for someone who understands materials, listens to what a customer actually needs, and has the confidence and knowledge to guide them toward the right decision.

What You'll Be Doing

Showroom Sales and Customer Experience
You will be the first point of contact for designers, contractors, developers, and homeowners who visit the Lawhat showroom. Your job is to understand what each customer is working on, walk them through the relevant materials, answer their questions honestly, and help them make a confident decision. Whether that means spending twenty minutes with a homeowner choosing a feature wall finish or an hour with an interior designer specifying panels for a hospitality project — you approach every customer interaction with the same level of care.

Visual Design and Customer Presentations
You will use Google SketchUp to create visual designs and renders for customers — showing them how a specific panel or combination of panels will look in their space before they commit. This is one of the most valuable services we offer and it requires someone who is comfortable with design software and has a good visual eye.

Content Creation and Social Media Presence
Lawhat's Instagram and TikTok presence is a core part of how we grow. You will appear regularly on camera — in reels, product walkthroughs, showroom videos, and speaking-to-camera content. Comfort in front of a camera is essential. You don't need to be a professional presenter — you need to be natural, confident, and genuinely knowledgeable about the products you're talking about.

General Business Support
As part of a small team, you will support with a range of general administrative and operational tasks as needed. This includes answering customer enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms, maintaining the CRM with accurate records of every customer interaction, and supporting the wider team with whatever the business needs at any given time.

What We're Looking For

• Confident and personable with a natural ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers — from homeowners to professional designers and contractors
• Comfortable on camera and willing to be a visible face of the brand across social media content
• Proficient or willing to learn Google SketchUp for creating customer design visuals
• Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable with administrative tasks
• A genuine interest in interior design, architecture, or building materials — you don't need to come from this industry but you need to care about it
• Strong English communication skills — Arabic is an advantage
• Based in or willing to commute to Dubai Investment Park 2

What Experience We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role is preferred
• Experience in interior design, architecture, fit-out, or a related field is a strong advantage
• Experience with design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar) is preferred — if you haven't used SketchUp specifically but are confident with design tools, we will train you
• Social media confidence and experience being on camera is advantageous

Working Hours and Location

• Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Location: Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai, UAE
• This is a full-time, on-site role based at the Lawhat showroom and warehouse
